Functions of the unit

  • Coordinate with the Department of Services for the maintenance of the college building and its subsidiaries
  • Follow-up classroom cleaning and oversee the coordination and arrangement.
  • Follow-up the maintenance of educational devices.
  • Follow-up and coordinate with the company's representative
  • Implement cleaner college buildings and facilities.
  • Oversee the delivery and receipt of office furniture and others.
  • Prepare the annual reports about the performance of the department and submit it to the Director of Administration
  • Maintain and provide safety procedures and guidelines
