Functions of the unit
- Coordinate with the Department of Services for the maintenance of the college building and its subsidiaries
- Follow-up classroom cleaning and oversee the coordination and arrangement.
- Follow-up the maintenance of educational devices.
- Follow-up and coordinate with the company's representative
- Implement cleaner college buildings and facilities.
- Oversee the delivery and receipt of office furniture and others.
- Prepare the annual reports about the performance of the department and submit it to the Director of Administration
- Maintain and provide safety procedures and guidelines
